Terms of Service
Welcome to Pinar Pilates. Thank you for choosing us for your physical and mental wellbeing. To guarantee a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our members, we have established the following terms and conditions. By purchasing any pack and booking classes at our studio, you agree to comply with the policies described below. We recommend that you read them carefully and keep up to date with any changes we make.
1. Plans
a) Unlimited Plan
- With the unlimited plan, you can attend our regular group classes of up to 8 people, Monday to Sunday, with no attendance restrictions.
- Bookings for each class must be made through our app.
Cancellation policy:
- No-show (without prior cancellation): €20 will be charged per class.
- Cancellation between 12 hours and 1 minute before the class: €15 will be charged.
- Cancellation more than 12 hours before the class: no penalty.
b) 4- and 10-class plans
- The 4- and 10-class packs are charged every 4 weeks.
- With your 10-class pass you can attend 10 regular group classes of up to 8 people, Monday to Sunday. You have 4 weeks from the date of purchase to use the classes.
- Classes are not cumulative and cannot be carried over to the following month if they are not used within the established period.
- Bookings must be made through our app.
- The pack renews automatically every 4 weeks, unless you notify us two weeks in advance that you do not wish to renew it.
Cancellation policy:
- No-show (without prior cancellation): the class will be deducted from the pack.
- Cancellation between 12 hours and 1 minute before the class: €15 will be charged.
- Cancellation more than 12 hours before the class: no penalty.
2. Payment and renewal
- Payment for plans is taken on the same day of the following month as the date of purchase or renewal.
- Plans renew automatically unless you notify us at least two weeks in advance that you do not wish to continue with the renewal.
- Notice of cancellation must be given in writing through the studio’s official communication channels (App, ClassPass, WhatsApp and social media).
3. General booking and cancellation policy
- All bookings must be made through the Pinar Pilates app.
- Penalties for late cancellations or no-shows will be applied directly to your account and must be paid before making a new booking.
4. Commercial communications
By purchasing any Pinar Pilates service and accepting the corresponding express consent, you authorise the sending of communications by email, SMS and WhatsApp with offers, promotions, news, reminders and exclusive Pinar Pilates content. You can unsubscribe at any time free of charge as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
5. Changes to the terms
Pinar Pilates reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be notified to users at least 30 days in advance.
